Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Stage 3 Printing ("we", "us") collects through our customer portal at https://portal.stage3printing.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email assistance@stage3printing.com.

What we collect

Account details: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any extra email addresses you add to receive copies (CC). Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash; we can't see it.
Orders and files: the order requests, change requests, notes, tracking numbers, artwork and purchase order files you send us through the portal.
Text-message consent: if you opt in to order texts, the time you opted in, the exact wording you agreed to, and the IP address it came from.
Security records: sign-in times, IP addresses and browser type, kept to protect your account and our systems.

The portal also shows information from our production system about your jobs (status, dates, artwork previews, shipping addresses and tracking). That information comes from our records of your orders.

How we use it

To run your account and show you your jobs, shipments and order history.
To receive, produce and ship your orders, and to contact you about them.
To send account and order emails (for example, confirming a request or a status change).
If you opt in, to send order-related text messages (see below).
To keep the portal secure and prevent misuse.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in, we text the mobile number on your account about your orders: for example, a proof is ready, a job has shipped, or we have a question about your order. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also turn texts on or off any time on your Account page. Opting in is never required to place an order.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We only share your number with the text-message provider that delivers our messages, for that purpose alone.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the portal and your orders, and only as needed for that:

Google Workspace, which delivers our emails.
Twilio, which delivers our text messages (only if you opt in).
Shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx and USPS), which receive what they need to deliver your orders.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser also remembers small preferences, such as light or dark mode. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't use third-party analytics.

Where it's kept and for how long

Portal information and uploaded files are stored on Stage 3 Printing's own server, with nightly backups. We keep account and order records for as long as your account is open and as needed for our business and legal records. Ask us to close your account and we'll delete or anonymize what we don't need to keep.

Your choices

Update your email, phone, password and CC addresses on your Account page.
Turn order texts on or off on your Account page, or reply STOP to any text.
Email assistance@stage3printing.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to close your account.

Security

The portal uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, sign-in limits and one-time email links. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a password you don't use elsewhere and tell us right away if you think your account was misused.

Children

The portal is for business customers and isn't meant for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll let you know by email or in the portal.
